About The Position

Epiphany Wellness is seeking a part-time, 1099 contracted Addiction Recovery Ancillary Provider who is passionate about helping clients achieve recovery and make a positive impact. The company's mission is true transformation by reinventing and treating addiction through proven methods to help clients live happy and healthy lives free from substance abuse, addiction, or mental health concerns. The Ancillary Provider will work closely with clients to assess their rehabilitation and mental health needs, providing individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients in developing foundational well-being and essential skills for overcoming challenges, healing, growing, and sustaining long-term sobriety. The Ancillary Provider will be responsible for designing their classes, teaching content, and monitoring client progress, building healthy professional relationships, and offering personalized modifications and instruction.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Certification and/or Clinical Licensure in MA - LADC, LSW, LCSW, LICSW to facilitate SUD group
• Designated Board Certification(s) in the area of service - Addiction Recovery

Responsibilities

• Ability to teach holistic or therapeutic services for group sessions
• Design and teach safe and effective holistic or therapeutic classes
• Check in with client progress
• Build healthy, professional relationships with clients
• Offer personalized modifications and instruction
