About The Position

Recovery Works NW is a family-owned community organization addressing a medical and social epidemic. We focus on innovative, judgement-free, and compassionate solutions for substance use and mental health-related distress. We value an interdisciplinary approach to treatment, building therapeutic alliances with our patients, incorporating voices of persons with lived-experience, and fostering collaboration with community partners including organizations serving community-specific needs. This is an in-person position at our Newberg Office. We have an expansive Sublocade Program (in addition to all other forms of MAT) and support staff including front/back office, dedicated medical assistants, recovery peers, as well as a full behavioral health department. You will have internal access to a full continuum of care including referral to our detox clinic. We offer a positive and collaborative work environment with individualized patient care, emphasizing harm-reduction.

Requirements

Addiction Medicine/MAT experience (required)
Prescribing buprenorphine: 1 year (Required)
Active state license with prescriptive privileges (required)
Position is contingent on passing an OHA Background check and successful completion of a urine analysis (UA) after accepting job offer.

Nice To Haves

Sublocade injection: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide medical services for patients with substance use and mental health-related distress.
Administer Sublocade injections and other forms of MAT.
Prescribe buprenorphine.
Collaborate with a full behavioral health department and other support staff.
Provide individualized patient care with an emphasis on harm-reduction.
