Requirements

• Be a final-year student or recent graduate.
• Be eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Be able to multitask.
• Cope well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisors from several departments.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Perform research at a supervisor's request.
• Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts.
• Assist with overall program support and coordination.
• Provide operations support, including administrative and communications efforts.
• Participate in other projects as opportunities arise.
• Assist with website building and social media posts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and the HRIS homepage.
• Assist with recording, editing, and marketing the company podcast.
• Assist with intakes and outreach.
