About The Position

The LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician. The role implements direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

This is an on-site position in Sedro Woolley, Washington, at Telecare North Sound Evaluation and Treatment, a 16-bed facility serving adults age 18 and older experiencing a mental health emergency. The full job description will be provided if selected for an interview.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including prescribed medications.
• Implement direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
