About The Position
The LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician. The role implements direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. This position is associated with Tumwater Evaluation and Treatment (E&T), a 16-bed secure inpatient facility serving adults age 18 and older who have a serious mental illness and are experiencing a mental health emergency. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Hold current licensure in the state of operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including prescribed medications.
- Implement direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
