About The Position
This unique position blends inpatient and acute ambulatory care so you can keep your skills sharp while caring for complex patients across settings. This full-time role is based in the Immediate Care Clinic ICC, a hospital-based clinic focused on urgent symptom management for patients receiving cancer treatment. You will join a small, experienced APP team that works closely together and supports one another. This is a highly collaborative environment where your voice matters and your expertise is valued.
Requirements
- Experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in Hematology Oncology setting preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute oncology needs
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based care to manage complex symptoms
