Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire, an Oregon Registered Nurse License is required.
- Upon hire, a license is required in states wherever care is delivered.
- Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
