About The Position

Acura of Orange Park is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Acura Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and creating opportunities through our existing owner base. Unlike a traditional sales role, the Acura Upgrade Specialist works directly with service customers and utilizes industry-leading technology platforms to identify upgrade opportunities and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.   • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Previous automotive management experience preferred
  • Service advisor, finance manager, sales consultant, sales manager, or customer retention experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Acura owners during their service visits
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations
  • Assist customers with vehicle upgrade opportunities
  • Work closely with the service department to identify qualified prospects
  • Utilize AutoHub to identify equity and upgrade opportunities
  • Leverage Fullpath marketing and customer data tools to prospect existing owners
  • Contact lease customers approaching maturity
  • Follow up with previous customers and service clients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits
  • Build long-term customer relationships and increase owner retention
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
