The Grange Intern Development Program is a 14-week program designed to expose students to the insurance industry through networking, mentoring, hands-on work experience, and community service. Interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders. The program will be from mid-May to mid-August. The intern will develop actuarial skills in an insurance environment, assist in several phases of the rate review or loss reserve appraisal process, and collect, assimilate, and analyze data with guidance.
