About The Position
Verisk's 2027 Summer Internship Program is designed to provide interns with meaningful real-world experience, professional development, and networking opportunities. Recognized as a Top 100 Internship Program by Yello and WayUp, the program empowers interns to make a tangible impact while learning from industry experts and building connections across the organization. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2027. Participation requires interns to be located near their assigned office as the program is a hybrid work schedule, requiring them to be in the office at least 3 days per week. Verisk is hiring in Jersey City, New Jersey, with opportunities for students interested in exploring Actuarial careers. ISO, a Verisk business, has been a leading source of information about property/casualty insurance risk since 1971, providing statistical, actuarial, underwriting, and claims information and analytics; compliance and fraud identification tools; policy language; information about specific locations; and technical services to a broad spectrum of the insurance industry. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree and interested in exploring Actuarial careers.
- Must be located near the assigned office (Jersey City, New Jersey) for a hybrid work schedule.
- Must be available for the full ten-week program from June through August 2027.
- Must be able to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
- Skills with MS Excel.
