The ACTT Team Leader is responsible for guiding, directing, and evaluating each assigned team to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful services. This role involves providing effective oversight, direction, and clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff/programs. The Team Leader will also assume responsibility for hiring, discipline, firing, training, and performance appraisals, ensuring programs are fully staffed with qualified, trained employees. They will ensure effective coverage for individuals served and build and manage an effective and clinically sound team. Additionally, the Team Leader will serve as a practicing clinician on the Assertive Community Treatment Team, coordinate activities and services, lead meetings, disseminate information, and provide support to ACTT staff. They will ensure appropriate, clinically-based, and culturally sensitive assessments for individuals served, monitor and assess the quality of services through audits and observations, and market the agency and program by developing referral sources and maintaining positive community relationships. Budget implementation and monitoring, financial management, and travel to community locations are also key responsibilities. The role includes monitoring medical records management for compliance with agency policies and regulations, participating in meetings and training, and adhering to all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations.
