The position provides direction and oversight to the entire activities department and requires adherence to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The employee must possess a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate compassion and dignity towards residents, and be able to communicate effectively in English. The role may involve working during emergency conditions and requires adherence to attendance policies.
