The Activity Director is responsible for creating an engaging, active, and home-like atmosphere by planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents in accordance with Viva Senior Living's philosophies. This role aims to maximize resident adjustment, promote a healthy lifestyle, and ensure resident social satisfaction. The position provides direction and oversight to the entire activities department and requires adherence to all facility policies and procedures, as well as compliance with business conduct standards and regulatory guidelines.
