The Activity Assistant is responsible for engaging with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction. This role involves planning and coordinating various activities, documenting resident participation, and maintaining an inventory of activity equipment and supplies. The Activity Assistant also plays a role in coordinating the Community newsletter, working with the resident council, and assisting residents with shopping orders. Continuous learning and development are encouraged through educational seminars and staff meetings.
