About The Position

Valley Vue Care Center is seeking Activity Aides to support residents’ emotional and social wellbeing in a skilled nursing setting. The role involves interacting with residents and providing companionship, encouraging participation in activities, helping schedule movies, planning parties, organizing games and crafts, and accompanying residents on activities outside the facility. The position is per diem, with various shifts and up to 20 hours weekly.

Requirements

• At least a tenth-grade education.
• Prior Activity Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred; the employer is willing to consider and invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities
