Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- 1 year of senior living experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate engaging, hands-on activities, events, outings, and celebrations in assisted living, encouraging resident participation and showcasing individual strengths and interests.
- Provide hands-on support during outings and events, including assisting residents as needed and coordinating/scheduling transportation to ensure smooth participation.
- Offer daily one-on-one engagement with residents by providing companionship, encouragement, and support during activities to promote connection, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
