Requirements
- Creative and innovative mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with geriatric programming preferred
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Willingness to complete Feeding Assistant training
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement group and individual activities
- Recruit and train volunteers
- Assist with transporting residents to programs
- Maintain organized activity spaces and accurate documentation
- Serve as department contact in Director's absence
