About The Position
The Activities Therapist implements a comprehensive planned program of activities for geriatric, disabled, and convalescent residents in a skilled nursing and extended-care facility. The program is designed to meet residents’ special needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Activity Services and, in that director’s absence, to the Administrator.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Formal training or equivalent experience, such as experience as a nursing assistant, C.N.A., or EMT.
