About The Position

The Activities Supervisor – Youth & Teen Programming at TradeWinds Resort is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engaging recreational events and group experiences that enhance the overall guest experience for "Campers" aged 5-17. This role involves overseeing holiday events, themed activations, birthday parties, and youth programs. The Supervisor also manages frontline staff, vendors, and event logistics, ensuring all programs are safe, well-organized, on-brand, and delivered with exceptional service standards and, most importantly, fun. Requirements

• Experience: in resort recreational youth program management or related field.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, guest service.

• Dependable and dedicated work ethic.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: Plan diverse resort activities primarilly for guests ages 5-17.
• Coordinate resort activities, poolside events, and beach games.
• Staff Management: Supervise and train recreation staff, ensure all SOPs are consistently followed, and assist with staff scheduling.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to tailor programs to their preferences. Collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce department and property safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Equipment and Facility Management: Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness.
