About The Position

The Activities Supervisor – Youth & Teen Programming is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engaging recreational events and group experiences that enhance the overall guest experience for our "Campers" ages 5-17. This role oversees holiday events, themed activations, birthday parties, and youth programs while supervising frontline staff, vendors, and event logistics. The Supervisor ensures all programs are safe, well-organized, on-brand, and delivered with exceptional service standards and most importantly, FUN!

• Must be comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Plan diverse resort activities primarilly for guests ages 5-17
• Coordinate resort activities, poolside events, and beach games
• Supervise and train recreation staff, ensure all SOPs are consistently followed, and assist with staff scheduling
• Interact with guests to tailor programs to their preferences
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Enforce department and property safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
