About The Position

Azura Memory Care of Mukwonago is hiring an outgoing, energetic, and compassionate Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator for its T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program. The role is hands-on and involves spending time directly with residents, starting conversations, leading activities, and creating meaningful connections. The coordinator helps make residents’ days engaging through music, games, conversation, outings, and other group activities. The schedule is Monday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and every other weekend from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Week 1 includes Sunday, Monday, and Friday; Week 2 includes Monday, Friday, and Saturday.

Requirements

Outgoing, friendly personality and genuine enjoyment of being around people.
Comfort starting conversations and engaging residents one-on-one and in groups.
Creative, energetic, organized, and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with older adults or in senior living.
A passion for dementia care and making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Lead the T.I.M.E. Program every Monday.
Plan and lead engaging activities, games, outings, and special events.
Spend quality time with residents and build friendships and meaningful connections.
Bring energy and enthusiasm to the community through music, conversation, and group activities.
Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs.
Encourage residents to stay socially, mentally, and physically engaged.
Work with families and team members to create a welcoming, lively community.
