Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Able to pass a physical exam and criminal record review.
- Current training in Basic First Aid and CPR.
- Activity Certificate.

Responsibilities
- Designs and conducts activities for residents that encourage continued social functioning and continued independence in activities daily.
- Ensures activities include socialization, daily living skills, leisure time activities, physical activities, and education.
