About The Position
Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to bring energy, creativity, and meaningful engagement to residents. The role involves helping plan and lead activities, facilitating group programs, encouraging resident participation, and supporting the Activities Director with program development and activity setup and cleanup. The position offers flexible part-time shifts and pays $17.48–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and reliability.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading engaging, meaningful activities for residents.
- Facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, and social events.
- Encourage resident participation and foster an inclusive, positive environment.
