About The Position

Vista Real Post Acute is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to help create an engaging and welcoming environment for residents. The role supports recreational and social programming, encourages participation, and helps provide meaningful opportunities for resident connection and engagement. The assistant also builds positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily recreational and social activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and events.
• Help plan games, crafts, celebrations, group activities, and special events.
• Provide one-on-one activities and interaction for residents as appropriate.
• Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and preparation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support the Activities Department in creating meaningful opportunities for resident engagement.
