About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time Activities Assistant for its Memory Care unit. The role supports the company’s mission to create extraordinary and innovative communities where residents thrive. The position offers compensation of $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements
- Passion for seniors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience preparing and implementing activities.
- Experience working in short-term and long-term care.
- A degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in resident programming.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement activities.
- Support resident programming in the Memory Care unit.
