About The Position
Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing energy, creativity, and meaningful engagement to our residents.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading engaging, meaningful activities for residents
- Facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and foster an inclusive, positive environment
- Support the Activities Director with activity setup, cleanup, and program development
