Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable spending time with senior citizens
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a bus lift is a plus
- Experience in activities or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within assisted living and memory care settings, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
- Drive the community shuttle bus (12-passenger bus) for resident outings and appointments, and assist residents on and off the bus
- Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
