This includes creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring deviations, preparing progress reports, leading personnel, coordinating with stakeholders, establishing work processes, forecasting efforts, ensuring appropriate invoicing, performing time impact analysis, and participating in project meetings. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision.
