We are seeking a Brand Activation Manager to lead and optimize a team of brand representatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field execution, coaching performance, and ensuring brand initiatives are successfully activated at the store level. You will build strong relationships with your team while holding a high bar for performance, accountability, and results. Working closely with Account Managers and brand partners, you will translate business objectives into clear field priorities, motivate your team to deliver, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality execution, improving rep retention, and contributing to measurable brand impact in-store.
