About The Position

The ACT Team Lead establishes, administers, and directs the program of a Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment Team. These self-contained clinical teams take responsibility for directly providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. The Team Lead supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to promote service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to clients, while also functioning as a practicing clinician on the team.

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
Two to three years of post-master's experience working with the severely mentally ill population.
LCSW or LPC license is required.
Good organizational skills.

Supervisory or program management experience is strongly preferred.
