About The Position

We are a mission-driven, service-orientated industry leader looking for an ACT Program Liaison. You will be working on an interdisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Illness diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment. This individual will support the ACT team out of our South Mountain Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health or related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ office experience and successful interaction with all levels/disciplines of people in the work environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and ability to perform general math skills required.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment.
  • May be 18 years of age and with less than two years’ driving experience or no driving experience.
  • Must pass a TB Test

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in medical and healthcare (e.g. healthcare administration, insurance billing and coding, psychology) social work, human services, communication preferred.
  • Experience working in clinical/behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships.
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certificate (preferred).
  • Experience in PowerPoint and electronic medical record - NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides daily administrative support for the ACT Clinical team in compliance with all program requirements per SAMHSA guidelines, Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), Mercy Maricopa and others as identified by Terros Health.
  • Liaisons with clients' prescribing Clinician, Nurse and other members of the clinical team to ensure the timely development and implementation of the individual service plan.
  • Provides support to the ACT Clinical team as requested by the ACT Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Manager or Health Center Director.
