Requirements

2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction.
Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with common power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and saws.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Basic plumbing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and courteous attitude.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while respecting customers' homes.
Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
Complete installation paperwork and submit job photos.
Keep installation vehicles stocked with the necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
