About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking experienced acro dance teachers to inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers at Dance with Me School of Dance in Bel Air, MD. The studio focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment and is looking for instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons. The role involves teaching acrobatics techniques to students aged 5-18, with a preference for teachers who can also teach multiple styles. The season runs from September to June, and the position is for Monday evenings. Dance with Me aims to build confidence and a love for dancing, providing a solid foundation for a healthy dance lifestyle.

Requirements

Passionate acro dance instructor who loves working with children.
Experienced acro dance teachers.
Ability to deliver engaging, in-person lessons.
Strong background in tumbling and acro.
Dance experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching acrobatics.
Provide reliable transportation.
Pass a routine background check.
Dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Nice To Haves

Can teach multiple styles in addition to acro.
Acrobatic Arts Certification or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities
