About The Position
Access Ford of Corpus Christi is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to source and acquire high-quality used vehicles. This role involves evaluating vehicles, maintaining inventory levels, and working with sales and service teams to meet customer needs. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- "Earn customers for life" mentality
- Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or related role preferred
- Proficiency with tools like vAuto, VIN Solutions, and dealership management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and our own network of customers.
- Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions.
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards.
