As a growing agency, we’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented New Business Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team and help expand our client base through proactive engagement and consultative selling.

Requirements

Ability to provide customer service AND new business acquisition.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (State Farm provides support for licensing).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
