About The Position
As Account Associate for Trinesha Goebel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Mason, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Auto insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance, Retirement planning.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
