We are located in Kansas City, MO and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Auto insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance, Retirement planning. As Account Associate for Peter Fox - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
