About The Position

Mayvin is seeking experienced professionals for Acquisition Management Support positions supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting Navy programs in acquisition management.
U.S. citizenship.
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

Experience supporting organizations within the NAVSEA Warfare Centers enterprise.
Familiarity with NSWC Port Hueneme Division missions, processes, and stakeholder environments.
Proficiency with Navy ERP processes and project-related tools.

Responsibilities

Provide acquisition and program management support for Navy programs.
Prepare and maintain acquisition documentation and program plans.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and related actions.
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to support program objectives.
Develop acquisition strategies and lead acquisition management activities.
Oversee procurement activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Identify and manage program risks and support compliance with applicable acquisition regulations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for contracting and program-related matters.
