About The Position

Peraton is hiring an Acquisition Logistics Specialist for its Federal Strategic Cyber program. This role is located in Quantico, Virginia. The specialist will be responsible for obtaining quotes and estimates for hardware, software, and service purchases, developing strategies to maximize the impact of annual funding through cost-saving measures and alternative procurement options, and tracking monthly billing, expenditures, and budget utilization. The role also includes serving as Property Custodian, with accountability for government vehicles, and performing physical inventories, audits, and reconciliations for hardware, equipment, and mobile devices. The position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of experience; OR Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Ph.D. in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of acquisition and procurement experience
U.S. citizenship is required.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Recent FBI experience on a major FBI program, project, or activity.
Experience in covert procurement and program management.
