About The Position

Abacus Technology is seeking an Acquisition Intelligence Specialist to support sensitive program development for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include contributing technically and administratively to Intelligence Sensitive Program development within AFLCMC and addressing specific program intelligence requirements while assessing the impact of technically advanced threat and security support issues to reduce program and operational risks. Acquisition Intelligence (AI) Support is provided to program efforts by teaming with program offices, product centers, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to provide system engineering and technical analysis level inputs in support of major acquisition decisions and in accordance with current acquisition guidelines. The role involves identifying AFLCMC PEO programs that have Intelligence/ISR sensitivity, and reviewing, tailoring, and analyzing Threat Assessments, System Threat Analysis Reports (STARs), Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats (VOLTs), ISR dependencies and requirements, cross-program analyses, Information Support Plans (ISPs), and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs). Support for technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA) and technical Intelligence supportability analyses is also required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in acquisition intelligence.
  • At least 3 years in a DoD environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements).
  • Knowledge of DoD, USAF, AFLCMC and private-sector acquisition principles, guidance, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures sufficient to develop and provide guidance and expertise to program personnel within the supported Intelligence sensitive programs.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and government program managers with equal efficiency.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and assertive.
  • Critical communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must hold a Top Secret clearance.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities
