About The Position

Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions. Meet the Team Cisco’s acquisition integration ecosystem is an experienced, close-knit, cross-functional team that grows with the dynamic (and oftentimes ambiguous) nature of integration with the shared goal of helping acquired businesses succeed at Cisco and achieve the agreed-upon business outcomes. Your Impact As a pivotal member of the Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team, you will play a key role in driving Cisco’s growth and business transformation. You will support strategic programs—including acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and joint ventures—by articulating value drivers, managing operational risk, and helping to build the achievement of value foundations. You will collaborate closely with integration functional leads, senior managers, and subject matter authorities, facilitating alignment, clarity of objectives, and executive consensus. Your ability to connect with and bring out the best in others, even in complex and ambiguous situations, will help ensure successful outcomes for acquired businesses. You’ll coordinate the development and execution of performance measurement frameworks, emphasizing leading indicators that guide leadership toward program objectives. Your strong business insight and broad thinking, combined with tactical execution, will be critical in anticipating roadblocks, prioritizing requirements, and adjusting plans to drive results without compromise. Your role will also include facilitating integration practice tools, supporting operational diligence, managing risk and contingency plans, and acting as a liaison among PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure key information is shared for effective planning. In this dynamic environment, your communication and influencing skills will be vital as you articulate sophisticated issues simply to various stakeholders—including management and executive leadership—while encouraging accountability and strong working relationships. You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes and take the initiative to implement optimizations that keep the team on track.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree plus 4+ years of related experience
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong Program Management experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
