We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and data-driven Acquisition Integration Analyst to play a key role in the integration of newly merged companies within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive the complex integration process, analyze key business metrics, and ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company goals. Success in the role requires a powerful combination of project management and business analysis skills, a confident approach to guiding stakeholders, and expertise in handling the specific challenges of integrating newly acquired companies. This position is an in-office role based in Orlando, Florida with likely travel (up to 25%) to our offices located throughout the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, business process improvement, or integration support.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma); certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and project management tools is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of experience managing complex project workstreams from scoping to delivery. Proven ability to keep cross-functional teams on track, specifically supporting post-merger integrations (PMI) or operational change initiatives.
  • Strong capability to analyze complex business data, map processes, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • A high-energy, confident problem-solver with a "driver" mentality. Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, influence stakeholders, and drive results autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot) to enhance daily productivity, accelerate analysis, and streamline workflows.
  • Resilient and collaborative, capable of managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude amidst shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end execution of integration plans for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on building stakeholder relationships and managing site-level change management activities throughout the transition.
  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of integration meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and the immediate distribution of detailed summaries and action plans to all stakeholders.
  • Partner with functional leaders (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) and project teams to align systems, workflows, and communications with integration objectives.
  • Lead workflow mapping and gap analysis at the department level to implement changes that improve operational excellence and support business transitions.
  • Track integration milestones and operational KPIs, providing status updates to leadership and escalating risks or roadblocks as needed.
  • Assist in creation of integration toolkits, SOPs, and training materials while guiding cross-functional teams on best practices for process optimization
