About The Position

CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The role specifically supports PdM Soldier Maneuver Sensors and products across the portfolio, coordinating work throughout acquisition processes and lifecycle phases. The analyst develops, staffs, and maintains acquisition and contracting documentation; supports contracting strategy and source selection activities; and provides product contract oversight and acquisition planning support. The role requires a Secret security clearance and involves up to 25% travel within the continental United States.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and more than 12 years of experience.
• Acquisition career specialization aligned to the duty assignment, such as Program Management or Contracting.
• Knowledge and demonstrated skills in Product Life Cycle Management and Project Team Management.
• Knowledge and demonstrated skills in acquisition and contracting documents, including SOW, PWS, CDRLs, DRAT, J&A, Source Selection Plans, and D&F.
• Knowledge and demonstrated skills with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), DODI 5000.02, and the Defense Acquisition System.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) rapid prototyping or rapid fielding programs and Other Transaction (OT) contracting.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager (PdM) or Assistant Product Manager (APM) supporting Army programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support PdM Soldier Maneuver Sensors and products across the portfolio.
• Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and lifecycle phases.
• Prepare, configure, and staff Milestone documentation.
• Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
• Participate in source selection boards and assist with technical evaluations.
• Participate in product IPTs, post-award conferences, design reviews, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with contract oversight for assigned products.
• Develop and draft Simplified Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, and other acquisition documents.
• Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomes.
• Maintain configuration control of acquisition and contracting documentation.
• Prepare product risk mitigation plans and perform acquisition planning tasks.
• Assist with acquisition reporting requirements.
