About The Position

Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the United States Army and PAE Maneuver Ground at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The position supports development of Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and acquisition documentation for ACAT II–IV DoD programs, Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs/MTAs, and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The analyst works collaboratively with military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 8 years of experience in DoD acquisition.
Knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02.
Expert knowledge managing cost, schedule, and performance in a program office.
U.S. citizenship.
Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.
Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life-cycle phases.
Assist in determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command, and provide contract oversight for assigned projects.
Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents, including milestone-related documentation.
Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.
Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Request Packages for the Defense Logistics Agency and manage transitions of products from the program management office to the Defense Logistics Agency or Army Sustainment.
Lead and provide oversight of product integrated product teams (IPTs), test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
