About The Position

This function is responsible for leading the team members accountable to drive operational platform management across products and their related ecosystems. Operates in an agile operating model delivering agility at scale, innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Partners closely with senior level customers (internal and external), the business line(s) and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned complex product(s). Leads teams that maintain and refine product backlog. Creates user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. Acts as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams or empowers team members to do so, ensuring the teams understand vision for the products. Ensures team is working closely in a hands-on style with development team including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis. Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope and budget and communicates this information to the organization. Employs product management practices and tactics including customer research, data and analytics, and market research. This role requires working from our Saint Paul, MN or Charlotte, NC location three (3) or more days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight or more years of related experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

  • Experience related to payments, ACH, financial services, or payment processing

  • Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred
