ACH and Bill Pay support are critical functions of the credit union. Overall responsibilities include: Ensuring ACH and Bill Pay transactions are processed in a timely manner. Provide support and timely resolution to staff and members through Service Excellence and support the credit union’s quality initiative through teamwork, innovation, and efficiency. This team member has good industry knowledge and may have an understanding of NACHA rules and payment regulations for the Electronic Payments department.
