About The Position

Atlantic Health Strategies is growing and seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Accreditation Support Specialist to join our behavioral health compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, learning complex processes, and using technology to improve outcomes. You will partner with behavioral health organizations to support accreditation and compliance initiatives while learning the accreditation process from start to finish through hands-on training and mentorship. Requirements

Behavioral health experience preferred
Strong interest in learning healthcare compliance and accreditation
Excellent communication and client education skills
Comfortable working with software, technology platforms, and digital systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Support behavioral health clients throughout the accreditation process
Educate and guide clients in a professional B2B environment
Utilize Atlantic Health Strategies’ proprietary software platform to track compliance and accreditation progress
Assist with accreditation applications, documentation, and process management
Monitor timelines, tasks, and client deliverables
Help clients understand accreditation standards and readiness expectations
Collaborate with internal accreditation specialists and compliance teams
Participate in ongoing training to learn accreditation processes from start to finish
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
