About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This isn’t just about sales, it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact in the local community. You’ll play a key role in expanding Waste Pro’s presence in the area, working with businesses and residential clients to provide sustainable waste solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years in sales, ideally within the waste management, environmental services, or B2B sales sector.
  • You are a hunter with a passion for closing deals and driving new business. Your consultative selling skills are second to none.
  • You excel at connecting with people, creating trust, and building lasting partnerships.
  • You’re motivated, proactive, and can work independently, yet thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with the waste industry, competitors, and key factors influencing client decisions.
  • Expertise in negotiation, bid responses, contract management, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), along with sales automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to deliver presentations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, market research, and pricing strategies.
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel within the defined sales area.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.
  • Ability to operate with the highest levels of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the West Palm Beach area.
  • Understand your clients' needs and recommend Waste Pro’s services to meet those needs, from waste collection to recycling and disposal solutions.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, making a real difference for the business while earning great incentives.
  • Work closely with our operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless service experience.
