This position is responsible for maintaining and overseeing all aspects of the Division's VLEPSC accreditation program. This includes maintaining files and proofs, conducting periodic audits, reviewing and developing policies, providing training to Division personnel, and researching, tracking, and ensuring compliance with required deadlines. The role also involves serving as a VLEPSC accreditation assessor and the primary point of contact and liaison with VLEPSC representatives, assessors, and agency personnel. Additionally, the position administers and maintains the Division's PowerDMS platform, managing policy creation, revision, publication, and archiving. The Accreditation Coordinator ensures compliance with agency requirements by tracking training completion and policy acknowledgment by Division employees, and audits policy compliance, training, and related documentation. The role serves as the agency's subject matter expert of PowerDMS, which includes granting employee access, providing training, troubleshooting system issues, and offering technical assistance.
