About The Position

The Accounts Receivable team ensures timely and accurate management of customer accounts to protect Webco’s financial health and strengthen customer relationships. This role supports cash flow optimization, risk reduction, and accuracy in receivables processes while contributing to Webco’s commitment to integrity, trust, and teamwork. It may be an excellent choice for a college accounting student, and hours are flexible around class schedules.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and internal collaboration.
• Accounting basics.
• Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Apply collected funds to customer accounts through SAP screens.
• Make collection calls and send statements to customers.
• Deposit collected cash into local bank accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to reconcile disputed accounts.
• Monitor, review, and release customers on credit hold in accordance with SAP risk categories.
• Ensure accuracy of customer accounts and payment performance.
• Analyze customer accounts to assess risks and maintain or improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
